We are seeing more opportunities and demand than ever before for people to show up and share their voice, their stories and experiences. Whether that's on stage, on a panel, at an event or within an organisation, it is essential that those voices go beyond box-checking and reflect the diverse world we live and work in, and that they represent themselves and the organisations they work for in a way that leaves the greatest positive imprint on those who are listening. Public speaking provides a platform for people to become 'front of mind' and it takes many forms; from one-to-one interviews and presenting to small groups to sales pitches and delivering a keynote to an audience in the hundreds or thousands. What is certain is that people do not come in one-size-fits all packaging and therefore the approach to speaking coaching and training shouldn't be a standard one.

Our series of masterclasses and workshops are designed to be interactive, inclusive and gently challenging because we want these shared learning opportunities and experiences to go beyond increasing personal performance and self-confidence, unlocking the power of collective wisdom, enhancing company culture and driving collaboration in teams and organisations. Wherever there is a team or group of people, there is community and being part of an engaging community who work and learn together creates a sense of belonging where people can support the advancement of themselves, each other and the organisation they work for.

Below you'll find a selection of sessions that we offer, delivered online or on-site as either a standalone or part of a series. Our trainers and facilitators have all built up their expertise through 'doing' and found, applied and developed their own voices to be catalysts for others to do the same.
